Condition of the Product

The packaging of jewelry must not be opened, and the seal must remain intact.
Worn or opened jewelry will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

Return Period

Return your order within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, shipments returned after this period cannot be accepted.
